Give Financially to Fountain of Life
A mid-week service is held every Thursday night. Worship is led by one of the few worship leaders and a message is brought by Pastor Dave or at times a guest speaker.
A dynamic change has been seen in the young men attending Young Men's Meeting from Fountain of Life and the surrounding churches. They meet every Friday night to study, and be encouraged. Presently they are studying through a book by Ed Cole after the series they will be awarded with a long sword, symbolizing brevity and the battles they face daily.
Ladies from Fountain of Life and other churches have been gathering monthly for many years already. They have studied through books by Elizabeth George, Beth Moore, and Joyce Meyer. Its always a variation of bible study, helping each other, and reaching out to the needy. For a while the ladies enjoyed being each other's Secret Sisters; giving gifts while staying anonymous. Ladies Meetings are held the first Thursday of every month.
Youth Nights are always fun, loud, and active. Every other week is a teaching night while the remaining one is a sports night. One night is spent inside worshiping and listening to Youth Leader Scott Varro; while the other is spent outside on the volleyball court competing for the nights' chamioponship. Regardless which night it is, it is ended in a prayer circle or small prayer groups that bless God and lift each other up.
Every other week on a Sunday evening everyone is welcome to come fellowship at church. There are two volleyball nets and a carpet pool table and lots of room to visit and have fun.
Praise and worship begins at 9:45. The congregation is welcome to stand, clap, dance, wave flags, or share prophetically, as an expression of worship. The first hour of worship prepares hearts for the powerful message following. While Pastor Dave or a guest speaker preaches there are toddler supervisors available for children three years and younger. Also English-to-German or English-to-Spanish translations are available. We strive to create a place of comfort and growth where God's presence dwells.
Sunday Morning starts out with Sunday School for all ages. The adults assemble in the sanctuary, while the youth gather meet in a gazebo outside, three different age groups of children meet in their own rooms.
